Now days, he likes to eat dinner at the table with us (with a place mat and everything). This is OK because recently, in his high chair, he decides he is done and instead of saying something he does this:
Eating with us at the table is fine, but I do miss how the high chair tray tends to catch a bit more of the crumbs than the table does.
This is how he looks after some meals. Don't be alarmed, he is not bleeding--this is his version of eating toast with jam on it.
Then there is the car. I swore as a single person that my car would never be crummy (or if it was, for no longer than a day). We have been home a week from our trip and this is still the floor of the back seat.

I TOLD you this would happen! Enjoy...it will be over in a matter of 14 or 15 years....done in a flash!!
LOL!!! Please send Jason my way, I need a good vaccuming..actually I think I need new carpet in the car! So far we have been able to keep Neal seat belted in his high chair. Some days I forget to have one of the kids sweep the kitchen floor and that gets disgusting near the table, but at least it's a floor that can be swept and mopped, I used to have carpet under my table when Spencer was a little tike. Those were my daycare days as well, oh how I hated that. Those clean days of being single, I don't really want them back, but it would be nice to have a clean car again..ha, ha.
Life as we knew it is done. Over. Someday I'll come to terms with my new surroundings.
