The next week we went to Jason's family's and celebrated Jacob's, Sarah's (our niece) and my birthdays.
It has been a month of celebrations!Today is Jacob's 2nd birthday. Amazing that 2 years have passed! I remember so well the Easter Sunday he was born. We were at Josh and Irina's house for Easter dinner with Jason's family. I was in line to get food and my water broke. We were in Orem and headed up to the hospital in Sandy. Today Jacob had pancakes for breakfast. We have been trying to cut down the use of his sippy cup, but today Mom let him have it when needed.
He got some new sandals, intended for summer, but he wanted to wear them out when we went shopping.
When dad got home he opened his presents. He got several sets of clothes and loved his basketball shirt the most.
He got a book that mom had made
and his favorite present was his new airport set. He loved that! 
At this rate, before I know it I'll be blogging about him leaving on a mission!

Happy Birthday darling Jacob! I can't believe these little guys are two! Time goes by so fast. By the way, If Jacob likes the froggie movies, you should buy the Letter Factory. Luke and Sammie were obsessed with it. They both learned all their letters and sounds so early from that fun DVD. It is made my leapfrog and has the same frog characters.
