Climbing Into the New Year

In the morning I go up and shower and leave Jacob downstairs. Most of it is "Jacob proof" or has been, up to now.

I came down this morning to find the radio on (which is on top of the entertainment center)...please look at his "ladder"....our heater...he climbed up on to turn the radio, get into our DVD's etc.

Then I turned to the kitchen to find the drawer open and things (including one of the DVD's)on the floor.

As I'm putting things back together, Jacob wanted to watch a video. We have been trying to attach our old VCR to our old TV downstairs, and went down to see if it would work. It didn't...which did not make Jacob a happy boy. (We are working with him to realize that not all things go his way all of the time--hard concept for him right now.)

I took him upstairs and he started to fake cry and went upstairs to his bedroom. This is where I found him. Not too bad a place in my opinion. :)
