On August 16th my parents will officially celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. That is a long time to be together...especially in today's world!
To celebrate all of my brothers and sisters, and their families, came to town for a week long family reunion. There were 41 of us! My parents knew we were getting together for the week, but they didn't know that we were doing a special dinner for them one night. My sister, Heidi, hosted it (along with most of the other meals for the week).
Each of the brothers and sisters each made a toast.
There was kissing
and a wonderful dinner enjoyed by all!
We played games
Hiked to Stewart Falls 
Had a talent show 
Went to Seven Peaks 
and had a great time together. Everyone was very tired by the end of it! 
It was worth it. Just think, we're 5 1/2 years into marriage
only 44 1/2 left to go!
